Graphite Powder – High-Purity Natural & Synthetic Grades for Industry
Graphite Powder is available in synthetic (artificial) and high-purity natural (flake and amorphous) grades across a wide range of particle sizes from 100 to 12000 mesh.
Our primary supply is synthetic graphite powder derived from graphite electrode and graphite product machining scrap, with controlled particle sizes of 0–0.2mm, 0.2–1mm, 1–5mm and 5–8mm. Natural graphite powder (flake and amorphous) is also available occasionally depending on market demand.
With its high thermal and electrical conductivity, chemical inertness and lubricating properties, our graphite powder serves the lithium-ion battery, lubrication, refractory, coating and foundry industries.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between synthetic (artificial) and natural graphite powder?
Synthetic graphite is produced by high-temperature treatment of carbon precursors such as petroleum coke or pitch coke. Our primary supply comes from graphite electrode and graphite product machining scrap, which is crushed and classified into refined graphite powder — offering high purity and consistent properties. Natural graphite is mined from flake or amorphous ore and is more economical for bulk applications.
What is your main graphite powder product?
We mainly supply synthetic (artificial) graphite powder derived from electrode and graphite product machining scrap, with particle sizes of 0–0.2mm, 0.2–1mm, 1–5mm and 5–8mm. Natural graphite powder is also available occasionally.
Which particle sizes are available?
Synthetic grade: 0–0.2mm, 0.2–1mm, 1–5mm and 5–8mm. Natural grade: 100 mesh up to 12000 mesh. Custom grading can be arranged depending on volume.
What purity options do you offer?
Fixed carbon ranges from 95% up to 99.9% depending on grade. Please specify your target purity and we will match the right product.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on grade and particle size — typically from 5 metric tons. Contact us with your specification.
